The story of complete paperless:

Complete Paperless began with Tom Ziencina, a successful insurance broker known for his genuine, face-to-face client interactions. More than just a broker, he was a trusted advisor, building relationships based on trust, authenticity, and shared success.

Beyond insurance, Tom saw the potential of enterprise content management (ECM) systems for paper-heavy industries. He aimed to streamline processes, enhance client services, and cut through paperwork clutter. This focus on practical technology and transformation laid the foundation for Complete Paperless, which is uniquely positioned to serve highly regulated industries.

Complete Paperless consistently ranks in the top ten within the Laserfiche Partner Community as one of the first Laserfiche Partners. Soon, the firm grew into a respected name in the ECM world.

From the outset, Complete Paperless was structured as an Employee-Owned Corporation (EOC), fostering a collaborative environment where employees shared in the company’s success. This model has remained a cornerstone of the company’s culture.

Today, under the leadership of partners Joe Mempin, Arsene Hanssens, and Claude Schott, Complete Paperless has doubled its revenue and significantly enhanced its technical capabilities. These partners have strengthened Complete Paperless’s ability to deliver cutting-edge ECM solutions by bringing a blend of technical, market, and business expertise.
