We are thrilled to announce that the City of Palo Alto has signed a contract with CPS to implement a self-hosted Laserfiche solution for its Public Works Department. The purchase was made possible through a grant, including a 25-user system with VIP support for the next three years. Additionally, CPS will deliver two key integrations, ESRI and Accela, using the Velosimo platform and will assist with converting existing documents currently stored in Windows.
The deal, spearheaded by Claude Schott, CPS's CFO, highlights CPS's personalized approach in understanding and meeting client needs. A key factor in winning Palo Alto's RFQ was CPS's in-person demonstration at the city’s offices, showing our deep commitment to hands-on support and expertise. Another advantage was CPS's comprehensive view and understanding of the municipality's unique requirements. One of Palo Alto’s analysts, a former client of CPS, also shared their confidence in our ability to deliver.
As an Employee-Owned Company (EOC), CPS remains dedicated to empowering municipalities with tailored digital transformation solutions. We are excited to begin this journey with the City of Palo Alto and look forward to ensuring a successful and seamless implementation.
Stay tuned for updates as we progress on this exciting project!
