FTP Server

The FTP Server application is a productivity booster, creating Jobs to upload or download files from an FTP/SFTP server. Each Job contains instructions on source, destination, and encryption key details, ensuring efficient file management for clients.

The Customer and its scanning bureau commonly use FTP Servers. The scanning bureau sends scanned files to an FTP Site, and the FTP Server plays a crucial role in this process. It downloads the files and prepares them for storage in Laserfiche, ensuring a seamless and efficient scanning and storage process.

Digital Recorder

A standalone application that will take a digital recorder's contents and store them in Laserfiche. Each recording has tags that may contain the user’s name and the date and time the recording was made. These tags are collected and stored in Laserfiche along with the recording. This is paired with Laserfiche Import Agent to perform an automated collection and storage process.
